World travel Insurance

World Travel Insurance was a product purchased by Manulife from RBC. Instead of integration into the main Manulife brand, the brief called for creation for a distinct look and feel, which would be completely unique, yet fit into the existing travel portfolio. 
Key consideration was visibility. The creative had to stand out from all other content in travel publications and online. This was one of the main reasons I chose to forego people-centric photography. Following an extensive user research and competitive analysis, I developed a concept that used objects that symbolized comfort and safety. After selecting the colour palette and the illustrative style, I worked with an an artist in France to render the objects into jewel-like illustrations over backgrounds I selected.
